Mik just bought a small video camera, for the sole purpose of filming a documentary about our train trip to Morocco in July (working title: When My Wife Stopped Flying), hopefully to be ready by COP15. It's very tiny, but really easy to use, and Mik's been practicing his directing/filming skills. Here's a small bit he filmed of our floors. I'll be needing to use it too sometime, am just off to by a small black beret.

Not Really Blogging
M'kay. So I'm not really blogging here. Just touching base. And I have some photos to share.
First of all - this one is for folks who have a hard time believing that our children like to watch "The Darjeeling Limited". It's true. They do. They weed out the dvd, and bring it to us, saying "we want to see India-train-movie". The proof.

And when the boys are not watching Wes Anderson movies, they are doing this. They love being nekkid, those boys.

This has nothing to do with anything, just a picture from a month or two ago, when we had our last snow here. Sunrise on rooftops.

Yesterday was my mothers 63rd birthday. Hooray! Yesterday was also the day I discovered my first gray hair. Goodbye youth.

This is our new family member. It's my mom's old accordian from when she was a kid. It's a bit small for me, and a bit big for Dante, but still I'm guessing we'll both be playing (with) it in times to come. Birthday wish: One grown-up accordian, and ten starter lessons. (They're both real cheap, I promise)

Off to uni now. If anybody asks, I wasn't here. I'm supposed to be studying!

A Public Service Announcement
So for those of you living here - you may remember a blurb in the papers about a bicyclist getting hit this past weekend (by Landbohøjskolen), and the car who hit him just leaving the scene. The bicyclist unfortunately is the son of a close friend of ours. His torso, legs, arms etc. did not get hurt. His head, however, is badly damaged. He's been in an artificial coma since then. They do not know at this time how/if he will recover. We hope/pray he'll be okay.
People - if you break your leg or arm, it can be fixed. Your head is a different matter. I (and certainly many others) love your head. Please protect it!
*This is the end of my public service announcement*
ps - on a lighter note - I now know what to write about for my papers, and have ordered the appropriate litterature. Progress.
